Dateline: Somewhere in the Congo

O’Malley here and I’m not dead yet. After a wild time at Princess Jasmine’s Garden of Earthly Delights I figured it was time to head out and see where the action was. Of course the management of the establishment got the wrong idea thinking I was merely trying to skip out the bathroom window without paying my tab. (Note to editor-there is a bill coming your way with some “business expenses” on it. Please pay it immediately as the management has warned me that accidents do happen.) As my luck would have it the kindly doorman at The Gardens had terrific aim and he was able to assist me and my trusty Browning Autographic camera into a moving garbage truck. This garbage truck had been commandeered by none other the Nick Travers himself. It seems that Nick was in hot pursuit of the notorious spies Boris and Natasha.

The deadly duo had once again managed to grab the good Dr. Nobsknockers, inventor of the telegraphic nano-device, and where headed deep into the savage jungle. Nick and his note worthies were hot on their tail. I held on for dear life as we sped through the jungle. I did this for you dear readers so that I could bring you all the action Hot and Heavy. The pursuit ended at a small Belgian outpost on Lake Tanganyika deep in the Congo.

We were not the only unexpected guests at this little outpost. The Belgians were also accommodating the Boche Bruiser, Otto von Blotto and his gang of German malcontents. I was able to uncover that the German General feels he was cheated during a friendly game of bridge with the Belgian commander. Also dropping by was the infamous (at least in his mind) lake pirate, “One Eye”. During the confusion regarding seating arrangements Boris and Natasha were able to charm there way into our hosts villa to use the telegraph machine. Not aware of the proper protocol in the Congo I kept myself in the truck, to avoid any undue confusion. Once the Belgians were able to settle the brough-ha-ha it was discovered that Boris and Natasha had set sail with the Germans down the lake. Fortunately our Hero Nick was able to decipher a small scrap of paper which led him to believe that they had made contact with one Dr. Fraile, Evil Genius. As always, dear readers, I will be there to bring you the action as it develops Hot and Heavy.
